All changes to the menu and delivery/pickup times, must be confirmed 36-hours prior to the scheduled date. Changes requested within 24-hours cannot be guaranteed.

• Orders must be placed at least 36 hours in advance.

• You can order up to 45 days from now.

We make our food by hand, from scratch, and with tons of love! We ask that orders are placed with at least 36 hours notice to allow our teams to prepare. All orders are subject to our cancellation policy as soon as the order is placed.

Catering orders can be cancelled without penalty by 4pm the day before the scheduled delivery/pickup date. Orders cancelled after 4pm the day prior and up to 2 hours prior on the order date, will incur at 50% cancellation fee (of food and beverage) to be charged to the card or account on file. The 50% cancellation fee can be used as a credit for a future order if placed within 30 days of cancellation. Orders cancelled on the order date less than 2 hours prior to delivery/pickup will be charged in full.

Pick Up from: All locations except our Riverdale Lil’ Deli and Crystal City kiosk.

Delivery Zones:

• All of Washington, DC

• Maryland - Within 5 miles of our Pike & Rose, Connecticut Ave, Annapolis or Park View locations

• Virginia - Within 5 miles of our Old Town, Chesterbrook/McLean, Vienna, and Reston locations

Pick Up from: From any Denver shop location, except our Lil’ Delis and our Denver Central Market counter.

Colorado Delivery Zone: Within 5 miles of any Denver shop locations.

1. Choose “Delivery” on our catering site.

2. Begin typing your address and select the full address from the drop-down address bar.

3. You will automatically be filtered to the shop serving your delivery zone. Shop address information will show on your ordering page!

Call Your Mother Deli partners with local delivery drivers to bring our catering from our shops to you! While we do everything in our power to ensure the catering delivery drivers arrive at the requested time, we can not guarantee their delivery schedule. For events with a hard start time, we recommend selecting an earlier time to provide buffer room for any unforeseen traffic delays. Please provide us with a cell phone number when placing your order, and any delivery details you would like to share with the delivery driver.
