Based in Denver, CO, this is the family farm hand-trimmed good stuff you want. Using old-world techniques for fresh and cured meats, they only source from farms who raise their animals humanely, hormone free, antibiotic free, with no fillers. Riverbear is the reason our sandwiches can be taken to the next level – the pastrami (and all meats) take us from good to exceptional as a deli!

What started in a small garage in Denver, CO has bloomed into a Colorado staple! HUCK is committed to a sustainable coffee business that creates strong partnerships with smallholder farms and coffee co-ops. Thanks to them, we have learned a thing or two about roasting, and they provide us fresh coffee for our colorado delis.
RedCamper
Started in the back of a pickup truck, RedCamper Picnic supply provides all of our seasonal jams at the deli (apple jam for latkes anyone?). Sourcing from local farmers like First Fruits, they have forged strong relationships with fruit growers who are some of the best local producers around. They humanely and ethically source all of their ingredients to help with economic boosts. Handcrafted, small batches, their fresh jam on a warm toasted bagel on a sunny morning is the BEST thing!
Denver Chip Co
Family-owned, Denver Chip Co is all-natural, handmade artisan chips made from Idaho russet potatoes (which result in larger, slightly darker chips that are richer in flavor). These lightly-seasoned chips are super crunchy and have more of a natural flavor than factory-made chips (which often use bland month old potatoes). Their entire process is done by hand: selection, slicing, seasoning, and packaging. No preservatives, no trans fats, no MSG, no GMOs, and gluten-free. We LOVE these chips here at CYM…. they give every sandwich a perfect crunch!

Family-owned and operated since 1987, Logan’s originated in a tiny kitchen located in Alexandria, Virginia. This is where they began building up an extensive catalog of authentic, ethnic, old-world style sausage and recipes. Their product has reached nationwide levels at many grocery stores, restaurants (like us!!!!!!!), and foodservice distributors.
South Mountain Creamery
The Sowers-Brusco Family is passionate about knowing where food comes from, and has a dedication to the land and animals that provide it! It’s important to them to know where their food comes from and how it got there. Their mission is to enrich the lives of their community through farm-fresh foods & striving for excellence. Their high quality dairy products is what makes CYM’s schmearz and dairy products so delicious (& nutritious!!!!).
Liberty Delight Farm
LDF strongly believes in sustainable agriculture, and that is a cornerstone Shane Hughes built the company on (and CYM is a huge fan of!!). Farmer and owner, Shane began on his family’s historic property in Reisterstown, MD. With a free-range environment and no growth hormones/stimulants/antibiotics, he provides healthy and farm fresh meat to our deli so we can ensure you are getting the best of the best protein (and that we are in business with a partner where animals are treated humanely!).

Owned and operated locally, this amazing family is one of CYM’s faves to work with! With an appreciation for Arab-American heritage and culture, they started Zayt & Za’atar to share a little bit of the Middle East with our local communities. They are the faces behind our amazing Za’atar bagel!
Ivy City Smokehouse
The first neighborhood restaurant in Ivy City, this business puts a fun twist on all their fresh seafood by merging it with a smokehouse experience. Serving seasonal high quality ingredients, they give us the best candied salmon for our sandwiches!
